Citation | Jo Dunkley is a cosmologist who has made influential contributions to the study of the origin and evolution of the Universe. As a PhD student, she contribute novel analysis techniques to the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe which established the standard model of cosmology. She has been a leading member of the Atacama Cosmology Telescope which has produced the most accurate measurements of the polarisation of the cosmic microwave background anisotropies and produced a wealth of new information on clusters and galaxies at high redshift. She has applied novel statistical techniques that are widely used in many other fields of astronomy. |
