2.) To note revised membership of the expedition.
3.) To receive a erport from Mr G E Hemmen on the start of the expedition.
4.) To note recent correspondence with Dr M W Holdgate.
5.) To consider a letter and notes sent to the London Editor of LIFE magazine.
6.) To conider 1.) a memorandum from Dr M W Holdgate on the disposal of expedition specimens; b.) notes of the above memorandum by the keepers of zoology and entomology at the British Museum (nat hist); c.) 'obligation' list for the expedition.
7.) To note that Special Committee for Antarctic Research has been set up the International Council of Scientific Unions.
8.) To consider the organisation of a larger expedition to the South Pacific and cooperation with Commonwealth countries.
9.) Date of next meeting.
10.) Any other business
