| Description | Autograph letter signed by sender. Hall is welcome to the map of 'Hindoostan' [pre partition India, Pakistan and Bagladesh] Horsburgh sent along with the Asiatic journal, however Hall had previously mentioned he had already obtained a copy of the same map. Has heard hide is a good substitute for hemp cordage, and Messrs Enderby have rtied rigging in some of their south sea whalers, rope of India rubber, working well. |
