Hourly observations from 9.00am to 9.00pm on 21 September 1839 [September equinox], and at the same hours on 21 December 1839 [December solstice] and 21 March 1840 [March equinox]. Columns for the hours of mean time, portable barometer, attached thermometer, detached thermometer, hygrometer, wind direction and general weather remarks.
