Description | Trendell informs the Secretary that the Lords of the Committee of Council on Education have decided 'to give greater prominence' than before 'in the science collections now shown in the western galleries of the South Kensington Musuem, to the illustration of apparatus connected with meteorology'. A list prepared by Mr Symons of intruments 'unrepresented' in the galleries includes two instruments from the Royal Society, which Trendell requests permission to borrow. |
