Title | Letter from David Bruce, Journal of the Royal Army Medical Corps, 68 Victoria Street, London, to Sir Archibald Geikie |
Creator | Bruce; Sir; David (1855-1931) |
Date | 9 August 1904 |
Description | Bruce refers to sending Geikie, Greig's letters and asks him to look at the end of his letter dated 1 July, concerning 'the advisability if continuing the Commission to work on sleeping sickness [African trypanosomiasis] for some time longer' and that it would be well to send out another man. Bruce agrees with Greig and suggests having a meeting of the Committee, and is unsure if Sir Clement Hill would agree to this, referring to payment of salary. |
