Title | Letter from Henry [Alexander] Miers, Magdalen College, Oxford, to the Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society, Burlington House, London |
Creator | Miers; Sir; Henry Alexander (1858-1942) |
Date | 24 July 1906 |
Description | 'Dear Harrison, I shall be glad to receive now the sum of £60 from the Government Grant Committee, which I think has been placed at my disposal since the beggining of the month. I do not know whether I am right in writing to you about it, or whether I ought to have sent the application to the Clerk of the Government Grant Committee, if so, you will no doubt let him have it. I shall be glad to know whether you have thought any more about the reproduction by collotype process, of the Antarctic pictures, and about the Clarendon Press in this connection. Yours sincerely, Henry A Miers'. |
