TitleLetter from [?], St Radegvnd's, Cambridge, to [Archibald] Geikie
Date14 July 1907
Description'Dear Geikie, I troubled you once before about the manner of publicatio of Dr Bardswell's results on diet carried on with a grant from thr RS. The Oxford press has spontaneously offered to accept his work in the form of an octavo volume of some 250 pages, if this be according to the wishes of the RS. Meanwhile he wants to know whether you desire-as presumably you do-to publish some summary in the Proc? They would be brought down to some six pages. Do you want to see the whole MS before deciding? I suppose that you do of course Bardswell will be only the Trans.? or to consider this? If you do of course Bardswell will be only too glad.-I mean to submit the MS. on the chance. It is good work. Yours very truly, [?]'.

Enclosed is a memoradum written on bue paper for the Assistant Secretary stating he has not heard anything before about the publication of Bardwell's paper.
