DescriptionInforms that whilst travelling abroad with a well known man in the City of London, he mentioned that he believed a paper had been read before the Royal Society in the course of the last year on gegeostations, stating he was told that he was mistaken in thinking that papers are ever read before the Royal Society and also that he was mistaken in thinking the Copley Medal is still given. Requests for corroboration of this information. States he wishes to become a member of the Royal Socety and to attend its meetings, therefore requests to be endorsed.
