Description | Writing in his capacity as the Chairman of the Zoology Committee, states that inasmuch as the Secretaries according to Standing Orders 40 and 41, 1915, have no power to return to authors of rejected or withdrawn papers illustrations without certified copies tehereof, ans as zoological illustrations are expensive, being commonly drawn by professional artists, and also elaborate, the Zoology Committee unanimoulsy passed a resolution. |
