DescriptionEvans states that he has received a reply from their Legislation in Helsinki, regarding an earlier query about their Institute of Technology. He includes an extract from their reply, stating that "We understand that it is the Finska Tekniska Hogskolan which is concerned. This institute is non-political, is subject to no Russian influence. We see no objection to the receipt of the honorary doctorate. The Rektor is Proessor Martti Albert Levon, who has displayed a friendly attitude towards members of this Legislation".
