DescriptionIn accordance with previous requests, he forwards two papers as part of his last year's work. Two others are in print, but he does not have copies yet. If he has not complied sufficiently with the Society's request, he asks to be informed. He will not make an application for a grant this year, but hopes to be allowed to do so next year.

G. R. Vine was awarded a grant of £10 from the Royal Society's Donation Fund in May 1887, 'to complete descriptions of the British fossil polyzoa and other organisms'.
