Discusses the possibility of a translation being published by the Geographical Society regarding [Eduard Vogel’s work and letters]. Kindt refers to Vogel’s sister [Elise Vogel Polko] and her desire for her memoir of Vogel and his letters reach ‘a people that so highly honoured the young man’. Kindt describes the collecting of material by Vogel’s father. Kindt is sending extracts of Vogel’s letters [see MS/257/3/6]. |
