Refers to the total eclipse of July 1860, and connection ‘between the Florence and Kew disturbances’. Stewart refers to making comparisons of curves and publishing photolithographs of disturbances with Mr Capello. Stewart has funds for a similar purpose and hopes [Giovanni Battista] Donati will join them. |
