DescriptionGives a detailed description of events and resolutions passed at the second meeting. Notes the meeting was held in Rome -- that the members were drawn from various sources -- lists delegates present -- the French and Italian delegates were not able to furnish or critique figures of production -- that the Committee decided on a list of caloric values to be used by Allies for all calculations -- the resolution was passed that all cereals besides oats should be reserved for human consumption and that meat was not necessary to health -- other business of the committee.
