Description[Identical copy of MS/547/12/8] Text of the instructions to the Commander containing the various amendments made by the Joint Committee at prior meetings. Also includes a series of paragraphs in italics, relating to wintering and the possibility of a landing party. These are further amendments being proposed by the Joint Committee [raised at their meeting on 19 February 1901, the text in italics is the same as that presenting in MS/547/12/7].
