DescriptionWhen she commented on the likeness between her husband and her father [George Francis Fitzgerald and John Hewitt Jellett] she meant in their characters, including simplicity, absence of preaching, and their tenderness and love of children. Both were interested in national education, but held different views on the subject. She apologises for giving Larmor trouble in the writing, but she had a desire to see the two names together. She comments on a photograph now with Mr. Culverwell, which she will send, and on her appreciation of Mr. [Joseph] Swan.
