Description | Huggins notes that she has been thinking of Larmor during this time of the Cambridge election. She then thanks him for letting her know regarding the arrangements for the Royal Society Notice, and is sorry to hear that Sr [Arthur] Schuster could not undertake this task. However, she knows that she will by satisfied with Dr Dyson's work and is grateful that Larmor will help him. She then returns to the subject of the election, noting that she is following the progress closely. She is unsure whether she wishes for his election or not, given the importance of his original work that only he can produce, which will be affected by busyness at Parliament. |
