| Description | Rix is instructed by the Treasurer [John Evans] to asks the Messrs to provide a signed statement of the various securities which they hold on behalf of the Society, including Dr Gunning's bond for £1000, and the Atlas Assurance Policy for £1000, as soon as possible as the Society's accounts are closed for audit. The statement should be as for 12 November. |
