| Description | Sir George Stokes has now found the copy of Professor [Osborne] Reynold's paper which he has mislaid.
It appears that Stokes' letter sent to Rayleigh was only a rough indication. Rix supposes Strutt will however put Stokes in communication with the other referees. |
