Encloses Professor [John Scott Burdon-]Sanderson's report on [Augustus Desire] Waller's paper and Professor [Francis] Gotch's earlier report. If Schafer thinks it fit to take action upon these under Standing Order 43, Harrison asks to know at once. Harrison has written to Professor Gotch for the specific replies desired by Schafer's Committee.
