Harrison did not write to Searle himself as Mr [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook said he wished to write to Searle himself.
The Council decided to publish Searle's paper subject to the conditions which were communicated to Searle and which Searle accepted in the letter he wrote to Harrison. |
