This can only be done if Rucker, as the communicator, gives a written assurance that the papers shall be regarded as not having been communicated, meaning neither he nor Edridge-Green will make any public reference to the fact that the papers have been communicated and withdrawn. Asks if Edridge-Green prefers this course. |
