Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society |
Date | 24 November 1903 |
Description | Encloses an item from [David] Bruce which arrived this morning [not enclosed]. The letters Bruce sends would require so much editing, apart from the question of whether they are worth printing, that Harrison does not feel he can take it upon himself to print and circulate them, and it is hardly practicable to do this before the meeting.
Hopes Foster will be able to settle the agenda in good time as some of the questions that may be discussed are rather burning ones. Queries if the letter Foster has just sent back from Dr Nabarro, received last August, and which had not been seen before ought to be read to the Committee, in view of some of the statements of members of the Committee on the question of Castellani's discovery. Queries if the matter of the General Committee of enquiry referred to in Chamberlain's memorandum is to be put on the agenda. |
