Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Alfred James Ewart, National Herbarium, South Yarra, Melbourne, Victoria |
Date | 12 April 1907 |
Description | Harrison acknowledges receipt of Ewart's paper on the ascent of water in trees, part two, and has written to ask if Francis Darwin will act as the communicator. He explains that seven of the 11 glass plate negatives accompanying the manuscript were broken in transit, and asks if he has retained photographic prints which he may forward to the Royal Society, as this would be quicker than redrawing them. |
