Also informs Mr. Heycock that Sir [Thomas] Edward Thorpe, communicator of the paper by A. R. Ling and D. R. Nanji, has expressed his unwillingness to incorporate the referees' recommendations and that he intends to write to Sir Thorpe suggesting he withdraw the paper. |
