Title | Copy letter from William Bate Hardy, Secretary of the Royal Society; to Dr. [Leonard] Hill, FRS |
Date | 24 November 1921 |
Description | Refers to Dr. [Leonard] Hill's paper, 'The kata-thermometer formulae'. Explains that it first went to a physical referee, who suggested the paper may be of more interest to biologists, and that it has since been reported on by a physiologist. Notes that the physiologist recommend publication in a much shortened form, limited to an account of how calibration was done and two diagrams showing the results of this. Asks Dr. Hill to consider these criticisms before the paper is officially laid before the Physiology Committee. |
