| Description | Informs Dr [John Scott] Haldane that he has permission to publish two of [John James] Waterston's papers from the Royal Society's Archives, in the new volume of Waterston's collected works that Haldane is editing; however, the manuscript cannot leave the Society's house, and so all copying and photography must be done here. Also gives permission for Haldane to reprint Waterston's paper from the Philosophical Transactions A, alongside the introduction by the late Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt]. |
