Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor George Pirie, Aberdeen |
Date | 5 May 1893 |
Description | Sir Gabriel Stokes desires Rix to let Pirie know what letters the Society has of [Colin] MacLaurin's. The Society has six of his letter in the archives but no letter from Martin Folkes to MacLaurin. The letters are in books which cannot be removed from the Society's custody but by leave of Council any copyist whom Pirie sends might copy them.
