The letters were numbered, probably by a secretary from 1 to 331 and are addressed to a wide range of individuals and organisations. Also includes a Research Summary, 'Studies related to the deep earth gas' for the Gas Research Institute Annual Report (6). The Principal Investigator was Thomas Gold. It is not clear why Thomas Gold had this file as it contains none of his letters. However, it has been compiled in exactly the same way as the rest of the files in this series and he worked closely with Stanley F Dermott, Elizabeth Bilson, Yervant Terzian and Steven Soter. |
