DescriptionHis father has agreed to take the proceeds of the sale of 92 Osborne Road giving Saxton's trustees a mortgage of certain land at Jesmond which he bought from Lord Armstrong 14 years ago, for £9, 000, the sum the trustees have to invest is £2, 500 so there is a ample margin. The investment has been agreed between him and the two Brunels, commenting that they can scarcely do better with the current rate.
