Informs that the Chairman of the Council makes mistakes-that it is left to the Secretary, and that his experience shows he is not always found out. Trusts that the next man 'will be as successful in concealing his blunders as his predecessor'. Discusses a Council Meeting and comments that Swinton will make an excellent Chairman, as he has the right experience required, with the Council being a very pleasant and freindly body. Comments that Menzies is a capable fellow but expresses anxiety in relation to his ill health.
