Description | Acknowledges receipt of a previous letter and thanks forr the trouble Atkinson has taken in the matter of Swinton's contribution to television. Expresses his admiration for the way in which Atkinson dealt with the opposition to the increase in subscription at the last meeting of the Institution. Encloses a copy of a letter he wrote to the Secretary of the Insitution last February [enclosure not present]. Expresses his interest in an unused room in the basement of the Institution. Informs he is retiring from the Presidency of the Wireless Society at the end of the present year but, will continue to take an interest in the Society. |
