Informs that on the agenda of an upcoming City and Guilds of London Institue is the consideration from the Education Committee of the London County Council for the continuance of Finsbury. Explains he will not be able to attend the meeting due to other commitments but that he has written to the Joint Secretaries to express his hope of means being found to avoid shutting Finsbury.
