DescriptionReferring their meeting on the previous day regarding the question of the American Trust, stating that it requires further explanation. Reports having looked at the Minutes but was unable to find anything in relation to any authority by the Board to contribute to the Trust, whereas in Minute 641 it was specifically stated as the opinion of the Board that "the Company was not justified in incurring th epense of such finance". Additionally discusses the sum of £6, 000 provided by the Trust having been recieved and spent.
