DescriptionStates they must surrender a week's supply of coal. Informs that at Cambridge, they have sent out a notice to their larger power consumers asking them to be as economical as possible during the coal strike, and pointinng out that if they run out of coal they shall have to discontinue its supply until daylight hours. Discusses Mr. Collins's fee, stating they ought to pay it as he saved them a large amount of money. Mentions that Mr Ellis may have to be asked to pay the cost of connecting up his house. Comments that Tramway Co probably have no money.
