Title | Letter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to Mr. Power |
Creator | Swinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer |
Date | 21 February 1927 |
Description | Acknowledges receipt of a previous letter and the information within it. Comments that there can be no question that the individual who showed him and Lord Combermere, who was with him, over the Brussels Town Hall, and infomed them that the ball took place within a special large room that he showed them, was not a guide from outside, but he had some sort of special costume denoting this. Can ask Combermere to confirm this but for he fact that he is on a voyage to Ceylon, he will have to wait for his return. |
