Title | Letter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to R. C. Pierce [Esquire] |
Creator | Swinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer |
Date | 11 January 1927 |
Description | Encloses a copy of a letter sent to Mr Morse. Sent by A. W. Langley, Swinton's Secretary, stating he infomred Swinton of the matter of the supply to Messrs, Chivers, to ascertain what his views were, as time is getting on. Informs that Swinton is currently very weak and in no state to give proper consideration to difficult technical problems of this nature. Relays Swinton's opinion that it is a matter for Pierce and Mr Brightfield to decide on how long this question can be allowed to wait, and to determine what is to be done when the time comes. |
