TitleLetter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to Randall
CreatorSwinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer
Date11 March 1927
DescriptionInforms he saw Drake & Gorhes and can confirm they have Randall's matter in hand. Explains they had a long discussion pertaining to what should be done, and will regard to whether it would not be possible to leave in some of the existing main cables in the basement, which might save expenses. They agree with Swinton that the insulation of the wires in the rest of the building has perished, this will be the same with the wires provided for the bedroom, even if they have not been used, as the perishing is a matter of time and not of use. Promises to write again with further updates once he receives them.
