DescriptionInforms that a special Ricardo Board Meeting was held yesterday when it was agreed to in the entirety by the Directors to allow of a freer discussion. He was instructed by the Directors to express their appreciation of Goodenough's efforts and time given to the matter. Understands from [Stuart] De La Rue that Ricardo and Hetherington have expressed themselves as entirely satisfied. Informs that Mr George has been instructed to get on at once, in conjunction with the Company's solicitors, with the new Memorandum and Articles of Association of the new company.
