DescriptionInforms he has been in bed for almost three weeks with another attack of gastritis which prevented him from doing anything. Recalls he wrote to Morse to ask to inform the Electricity Commissioners why they have not been sending them any information. He was due to meet with Highfield on the subject but has never yet been well enough to do so and has received a letter from Sir James Devonshire, which makes him think that he is on the move again at Cambridge, with the Corporation.
