States that the only company of which he is a director which could be considered one of Edmundsons' associated companies is the Cambridge Electric Supply Company, Limited, pointing out that, in signing the Agreement with the Greater London & Counties Trust, Ltd, he has never contemplated that this could mean any undertaking on his part to resign his directorship of the Cambridge Company, nor does he think the wording of the Agreement implies this.
