TitleLetter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to The Viscount Dunedin
CreatorSwinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer
Date15 May 1928
DescriptionInforms he has received a copy of Dunedin's letter to the Members of the Dining Club, believing it to be his duty to inform Dunedin that he is misinformed about the true nature of affairs in relation to the position of Mr. Lee, the Secretary. In the past there was a cause of great complaint but now is looked upon as a matter of secondary importance, as in any event he can be got rid of as soon as his agreement expires. Identifies that the real question is the position of certain Members of the Committee, particularly Mr J. F. Read, and outlines the circumstances.
