DescriptionInforms that owing to much inconvenience to which companies he is a Director have been put in dealing with the income tax upon his Director's fees, due complications arising from various expenses and allowances to which he is entitled, and which are subject to modifications, he has decided it is better that his Companies should be relieved of deduction and payment of income tax on his behalf, and that all questions pertaining to income tax upon his fees, from 6 April 1928 shall be dealt with from his office. Requests that in the future all payments of Director's fees are made to him in full, without deduction of tax, and that all associated communications and assessments are forwarded to him. As a result of this arrangement, the tax deducted from his last quarter's fees will need to be added to the next payment for fees.
