Description | In reference to his treatise proving that impracticable transmission bandwidths etc would be needed by delivision systems working on the lines of known theory, and his request for Swinton's opinion on this work, who was unable to provide one. Explains that it was published as a forerunner to the announcement of a new theory of television on which he was privately engaged for some time. Wishes to bring his system to Swinton's notice, in view of his expertise on the subject, and to make a business proposition with a vie0w to Swinton's active cooperation in the exploitation of the invention. Informs he will be in London and proposes they meet in person. |
