W. 1., The property of [Alan Archibald] Campbell Swinton, [Esquire], made for the purpose of insurance'. valued by Messrs Harrods, Ltd, 62/64 Brompton Road, S. W. 1, dated 1926. Indexed at the front of the volume and listing the contents within the entire property, broken down into floors, landings, stairs, and listing items such as books, pictures, silver and plated items, electrical, weireless, and other instruments, jewellery, linen, wearing apparel and furs.

2) Small lined notebook titled 'Inventory of Tenant Fixtures at 40 Chester Square S. W.', written in ink, recording the items within Swinton's home at 40 Chester Square S. W. Undated but likely to be c. 1926.

3) Small typewritten booklet titled '40 Chester Square, List of Silver, Silver-Plate and Cutlery, February 1926', itemising Swinton's silver, electro-plate, and cutlery.
