Description | An introductory section of two pages describes the contents of the paper, apparently written originally in Italian, in which the author used French terms of art which translate poorly into English. The paper, including one separate fold-out plate of figures, concerns the geometry that underpins the construction of insulated arches, and is composed of four parts:
1 'Of Semi-circular, or Roman Arches' 2 Of the Acute, or Gothic Arches 3 Of Arches that are of a flatter Nature and formed of portions of circular Arches 4 Annotations to the preceding Problems
Includes pencil emendations and marginalia throughout.
