DescriptionThe computations and preparations of the diagrams in his paper on electromagnetic integrals was 'a heavy piece of work'. It was undertaken by Colonel R.L. Hippersley and Mr. J.W. Hicks. He writes to ask Council if they will grant £25, of which he would intend to give £15 to Hippersley and £10 to Hicks. A large amount of time was spent and considerable skill was required.
