An application has been sent to the Government Grant Committee, and a copy is enclosed [see CD/117/11]. [Arthur] Schuster told him there have been many applications, and [Joseph] Larmor thinks this should come from the Antarctic funds. Asks Kempe for his thoughts on the matter.
