TitleCopy letter from [Charles] Lallemand, to the Director of the Ordnance Survey Office
Date31 March 1915
Description[Letter is in French.]

Discusses the International Geodetic Association, which was renewed for 10 years in 1905 and will expire this year. Thinks that once the war is over, the countries involved will have to worry about renewing the Association. Thinks that a preliminary understanding between the countries presently allied against Germany and Austria-Hungary would be desirable. Asks who has been nominated to replace the British representative, the late Sir David Gill. Asks for this successor's address.
